Accommodation is contactless.
Your door code will be sent by SMS on the day of arrival – only if:

Please make sure your phone number, including country code, is correct.
The door code is valid:
📅 From 15:00 on the day of arrival
⏳ Until 12:00 on the day of departure
🍳 Services included in your stay

Heated outdoor pool:
🕗 Daily from 8:00 to 20:00
🚗 Parking
Free courtyard parking (~13 spaces), no reservations possible.
✅ Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On departure day, please vacate your parking space by 12:00 at the latest.
If the parking space is not freed by that time, the hotel may be forced to move the vehicle to the street to ensure a spot for the next guest.

Trash bins are located in the hotel area.
Extra towels and other necessities are available:

🚭 Smoking & Quiet Hours
The hotel is non-smoking.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated area in the courtyard.
Smoking on terraces is strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours:

Sept 1 – May 31: 23:00–07:00

June 1 – Aug 31: 00:00–06:00
Guests may stay in their room until 23:00 (as long as they don’t disturb others).
🔐 Safety & Privacy
Do not share your door code with anyone!
The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings in the room.
Forus Security AS guards the hotel from 23:00 onwards.
Public areas (terraces, courtyard, staircases) are monitored by cameras.
📝 Important Additional Info
On the day of arrival, bookings can be made until 23:59.
⏩ Bookings made after that time will be valid starting from 15:00 the next day.
The hotel is self-service, with minimal staff contact.
Pets are not allowed.
