COSY AND PRIVATE HOTEL IN PÄRNU BEACH AREA
Kurgo Villa hotel in Pärnu has long traditions in offering accommodation service which gets back to the times of First Republic of Estonia. Back then Estonian first president Mr Konstantin Päts was here a frequent visitor and several relevant decisions were made here with other Heads of State.
The building belonged to the long-distance sea captain Mihkel Kurgo which refers to the name of our hotel today. The hotel complex consists of two buildings – the Manor house and the Garden house. There are 27 modern hotel rooms altogether which are equipped with all conveniences you’ll need for a temporary home: LCD TV, wifi coverage in the whole hotel, a cooler, and a bathroom. All rooms are non-allergic. Smoking in the hotel rooms is not permitted.
In the hotel yard there is a playground for children. During summertime our heated outdoor pool* is open for our customers. Observe the opening hours of the pool from the information board by the pool. We have a free of charge parking lot in the yard, based on availability. Parking is paid daily in the beach area (incl. Papli Street). Free parking is possible on A. H. Tammsaare Street. More information about parking arrangements here.

The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. Please advise your estimated time of arrival. Check-in is possible until 18:00.
Extra bed/baby cot for children up to 5 years old (included) is free of charge (upon reservation).
Extra bed 6-12 years old 16 €/ per night.
Extra bed 13+ years old 25 €/ per night.
The room rates include breakfast. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 11:00 in our restaurant area.
* The heated outdoor pool is heated according to the weather conditions at the hotel’s discretion.
The hotel reserves the right to change the range of services offered. Some services may not be available at the beginning and end of the season.
