COSY AND PRIVATE VILLA IN PÄRNU BEACH AREA

Kurgo Villa in Pärnu has long traditions in offering accommodation service which gets back to the times of First Republic of Estonia. Back then Estonian first president Mr Konstantin Päts was here a frequent visitor and several relevant decisions were made here with other Heads of State. The building belonged to the long-distance sea captain Mihkel Kurgo which refers to the name of our hotel today.

The hotel complex, completely renovated in 2014, consists of two buildings – Manor House and Garden House, with a total of 28 rooms. The Manor House also underwent renovation in the spring of 2023. From 2024, Kurgo Villa offers a self check-in accommodation.

The villa rooms are equipped with all conveniences you’ll need for a temporary home: LCD TV, wifi coverage in the whole hotel, a cooler, and a bathroom. Smoking in the hotel rooms is not permitted.

In the villa yard there is a playground for children. During summertime our heated outdoor pool* is open for our customers. Observe the opening hours of the pool from the information board by the pool.

Kurgo Villa is a sel check-in hotel and does not have a 24-hour reception.

The use of the heated outdoor pool* is included in the room price during the summer.

* The heated outdoor pool is heated according to the weather conditions at the hotel’s discretion.
